What to include

The more specific your message, the faster the answer.

1. Send a clear message. Say what you need in the first two sentences.
2. Include useful details. The exact page address, what you expected to read,

and what you found instead. A screenshot helps if something looks broken, along with the browser and device you are using.

Longer questions take longer, and if something needs research before we can give you a straight answer, we would rather be slow than wrong.

Corrections and complaints

If we published something inaccurate, say so plainly and point at the sentence. Corrections are handled under our editorial policy. You do not need to be polite about it, only specific.
